Only good for tiny pin size corrections. Paint comes out too quickly to control so I put paint on a palette and used a paint brush to dot and color correct. The larger issue is the sealant that comes with the pen. It is not smooth and looks bubbly when applied, no matter how you apply it. I opted not to use it.

This gets the job done but you'll want to use a different clear coat and applicator. If you don't want a perfect result and just need to stop rust on an older car this will work fine. I followed ChrisFix's deep scratch removal tutorial on YouTube and everything was going perfect until I applied the clear coat. Once I put on the clear, it bubbled and the applicator was causing splotches in the paint. I wet sanded it down from 800 to 5000 grit and polished but the imperfections are still there. Not bad for $20 but if you're going to spend the time, get another clear coat and brush to do it right. Overall happy with the result.

I have a 2013 Pathfinder that had a few nicks and scratches on it now, I’ve had several tries at fixing them, but was left unhappy. When I found this product, I wasn’t sure because of the price but the cleaner paint and sealer all in one has amazed me . I have only done a few small spots at this point but I am completely in love. It is such a perfect match. It’s hard to go back and find the spots. I have touched up. Totally totally in love with this product.

Was overall satisfied with the product. It matched the paint of my Nissan exactly. It definitely doesn't look like a professional job, especially where I had to repair a quarter-sized paint chip. You can tell work was done. The abrasive tip is really nice for scratches and small chips, but I would definitely recommend getting some super-fine sandpaper (I used 1,500 grit and it worked great); this will allow you to smooth out edges and get rid of any extra rust. Still plenty of product left after fixing several patches, but if I need more in the future, I will definitely buy Duplicolor again.
