Muy buena calidad el material. Me gusto mucho, lo recomiendo. Me sirve para la rutina de ejercicio. Fue el de 7kgs y me permitió subir la intensidad de mi rutina. Es el de color negro. Muy resistente su material, recomiendo limpiarlo con un trapo humedo despues de cada rutina para evitar malos olores.

I was not sure if this weight jacket would be comfortable as I have another weight jacket. My other weight jacket has individual 1lb weights in each pouch (25 pouches). The shoulder straps are uncomfortable and pulls you down. NOW… this jacket (16lbs) jacket is perfectly (weights) distributed. Your body is well balanced and gives you back support. It was so easy to put on and doing my leg exercises (250 lunge’s and 250 squats) felt even better. Truly felt amazing after my workout…Plus running 7 miles with (16lbs) jacket did not feel uncomfortable. The weight jacket gives you a better back support while running or walking. The best investment for my health 💪🏼💪🏼

The first time I wore it, I got super nauseous because it was moving up and down on my body. I tightened it as tight as it would go. But it was still moving. I have become very prone to motion sickness in perimenopause. Unfortunately, I’m going to have to find one that doesn’t move up and down while walking.

Very comfortable to wear with a tank top or tshirt. This is my first weighted belt and I am happy with my purchase. I alk the treadmill and it is comfortable. I haven't found anything I don't like about it. Recommend trying one if you are looking for a weighted vest. Would buy again.
