Oven rack shields fit and work as expected. Got the black, easy to put on the racks, protect well from burns, and look fine.

It’s perfect. Flexible, protects from burns, doesn’t break. Added colors tend to add impurities to the plastic and increase brittleness, which is bad when it needs to be flexible and heat resistant. I’d recommend getting the black ones. That’s what I got to avoid potential issues. It’s lightweight, and can be cut to fit any size. Our top rack is curved on the edges, and we simply curved it in place (no cutting needed). Has been used at up to 450-475 Fahrenheit with no issues. Can be easily cleaned if needed by taking it off and soaking in warm soap water and rinsed.

As someone who frequently burnt myself when putting things into or taking things out of the hot oven, these have been a life saver! They were simple to install and have saved my arms from burns so many times! Highly recommend!!

I recently purchased these oven protectors, and they have become a regular part of my kitchen setup. As someone who's always cautious about getting burnt while cooking, these protectors seemed like a good option for added safety. The protectors are easy to install and fit well on the oven racks, making the installation process straightforward. I didn’t have to trim to fit. They stay in place and don’t fall off or get loose (eg when removing pan from oven), which is reassuring. Made from heat-resistant material, they give me some peace of mind when reaching into a hot oven. Although I haven't accidentally touched the oven shelf yet, so I can’t speak to how well they protect against burns, they do withstand high heat without melting. In terms of appearance, they blend with my oven's interior (black/grey with chrome shelves), so they aren't an eyesore. However, I haven't needed to clean them yet, so I can't comment on how easy they are to clean. I hope they offer adequate protection for when I inevitably touch one of the hot shelves in my oven. Overall, these oven protectors are a decent investment for anyone looking to enhance kitchen safety. While they seem to withstand high temperatures, are durable, and fit securely, only time will tell how effective they truly are.

I'm an experienced Baker but anyone can slip up as I did recently and burnt the heck out of my hand. That's when I looked for a product like this and it is perfect. it makes me feel much more comfortable knowing that I have a second level of protection when reaching for my baked goods.

Have you burned the stuffings out of yourself, trying to catch that droopy pepperoni before it hits the bottom of your oven? Frantically thinking "no, not the pepperoni!" and then you feel the flash and sizzle of you flesh? Have you done this more than once, because apparently your self-preservation instincts have gone MIA? Do you have visible burn-scar marks on your hands because ovens are dangerous and you are accident-prone? If so, you need this oven rack shield. It's life-changing. I can also say that up to 375 degrees (the pizza setting), it totally works. Did I poke this thing to test it? Yes, I did (see: missing self-preservation, above). It gets warm to the touch, but no pain-flash or flesh-sizzle. It wraps around edge of the grill with zig-zaggy grasping 'claws.' Good news: this thing is not coming off without intention. Bad news: you kind of have to "bump" pans, dishes, pizzas, etc over the edge instead of just sliding them in. It's vaguely annoying, but it's also a visible warning to your hind-brain that putting things in hot places requires caution! I will take vaguely annoying over burns any day. I wish I had known these things exist at least one burn ago!

These silicone oven guards are such a simple but useful addition to the kitchen! They make it easy to pull out oven trays even while the oven is on, so I don’t always have to grab my oven mitts for quick adjustments. The material holds up well to the heat, and I love that I was able to trim them to fit each rack perfectly. They add a nice layer of protection against accidental burns and make baking and roasting a little easier. Definitely a handy kitchen upgrade! I hope someone finds this helpful for them to make a decision :)

wish they were a little longer, but easy to install and seem to do the job. They still get hot, but not too hot to touch. I will have to wait to see how they hold up over time.

Fits my oven racks perfectly, burned myself a few weeks ago bumping my arm against a rack, and did the same thing this week after i put the silicone guards on, no burn, fantastic product!!
