Have used this shampoo for years. It hasn't actually helped my hair grow but it does seem to add thickness and body.

So far so good, my poor wife has had a hell of a time with her hair breaking off and falling out or whatever the problem is, it just gets her so down and depressed and makes her want to cry at times, it was so bad she was to the point she was about to cut it all off short, so I told her I'd find something to help her hair. When we were first married 25 years ago and before she had our children her hair was full thick and long and beautiful but over the last few years it's gotten worse and worse where after every bath she picks lots of hair out of the drain. The shampoo arrived today and she tried it for the first time and she was so happy she almost cried, she was so overjoyed that after her bath there was only one or two hairs in her bath water instead of a handful, I asked her how she liked it and she was just astonished and says she finally has hope she will have long full thick and beautiful hair again, I could actually see a huge difference in her hair myself, it was softer, and thicker looking and fuller too, and while yes her hair isn't as full as it was years ago it looks much better then it did before her first use, and that's just one time using it so I can't imaging how great her hair will be after weeks, months, and years using this shampoo.. Bottom line is this shampoo works great and is amazing and if the results of one use is any sign of what's to come with long term use then we're customers for life, growing up I always worried that I'd loose my hair like my father did, by 18 he was mostly bald on top and I worried I'd suffer the same fate and it terrified me, luckily I never had to deal with that but to see my wife suffer from hair loss which I always thought was just a mans problem before my wife started loosing her hair, it's hard to see her go through it, so I know it's a scary thought as a man so for a woman it has to be even worse and it always bothers me to see her sad and upset everytime she washed her hair especially when I am not able to do anything about it, until now, she is happier then I've seen her in a long time and it's because this shampoo is a great product. So anyway we will update this periodically to let you all know her progress, I am excited for her because now her hair will not only stop breaking off and falling out it will get longer and fuller and thicker and beautiful again like it used to be so she will have nice hair again like so many others have had happen after using this shampoo Thanks a ton

NOT hair regrowth for hair loss. Amazon’s ad is totally misleading. I WAS MAD when I read the label after I opened it. Too late to return, better I used it from one wash. Glad I did because it is great shampoo. Rich and my Hair feels great. It wasn’t too much more expensive than the regular shampoo because of the cyber Monday special.

i first heard about this product from my SIL whose hair was also thinning post-pregnancy. she noticed it on me and very delicately suggested this product. i didn't trust it at first because i'm just somewhat skeptical of amazon reviews, but she showed me how her hair was sprouting everywhere (looked like someone rubbed her head with a balloon) so i figured i'd give it a go. there was an issue with delivery that i was very surprised to have very swiftly handled by the seller-- totally did not expect that or any level of customer care, really. but they did a great job. now, it's been 2 weeks and i can definitely say there's been regrowth-- not to the point where i look like a chia pet yet, but i've noticed the thinning parts are darkened, which means hair is coming out! i've also experienced WAY less shedding. moreover, even my eyelashes and eyebrows have noticeably thickened-- to a point where my eyebrows have actually started to curl, so i think i'll have to stop using it there. because ick. lastly, my hair has become IMPOSSIBLY SOFT and FULL, which started from the first wash. i've previously tested sooo many volumizing shampoos in all different price ranges ($4 to $50) and settled for head and shoulders because it worked best for me (weird, i know). but holy cow THIS is it. i didn't know my hair could feel or look like this without product and blowdrying. it does take some adjusting to-- first thing i do now in the shower is wet and lather up my loofah, then set that aside and use the shampoo. i leave it in for the suggested 3 to 5 mins, using leftover suds on my eyebrows/lashes too, which pretty much just blinds me while i use those 3 to 5 minutes to wash the rest of my body... which is why i have to lather my loofah first. sounds crazy but the results are totally worth it to me. GREAT product.

Did not work for me. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism a few years ago and it's under control with medication. However, one of the symptoms of hypothyroidism is hair loss. I'm in late 40's and approaching menopause. My bathroom floor is covered with my hair after shower and blow dry. I have a little cordless vacuum to pick up every time. But I became more concerned about my hair loss. I came across this shampoo after I saw an advertisement of Purador shampoo here at Amazon and decided to give it a try because it's cheaper than Purador. Like some other reviewers mentioned, this shampoo left oily and heavy feel after wash. The smell is very pleasant though. My hair is oily type to begin with and I wash my hair every other day. With this shampoo, my hair looks and feels sticky the 2nd day. I started using this shampoo a month ago and 2 days after I used Henna and Indigo hair dyes. This shampoo did remove Indigo color noticeably within the week and left the Henna color (dark red) on my grey hair. I did see another reviewer mentioned that this shampoo removed her "natural" hair dye as well. After one-month of use, I didn't notice any improvement in hair loss. The reason I gave this shampoo a 3 star review is because the seller has satisfaction guarantee. I was able to return it through Amazon. I did try Purador this morning. Not sure about the anti hair loss effect yet, but my hair feel fuller after the wash and definitely not oily and heavy. Even my 9 year old daughter noticed the difference. I recommend you still give this shampoo a try if you don't have fine oily hair like me.

This is the most horrible experience I have ever had buying a product from Amazon. This product really deserves zero stars, I used this shampoo for 2.5 months and ended up losing around 35% of my hair. I actually have a bald spot now on the crown of my head and a widened part that extends about 3 inches to the back of my head which I have never had before.. The sad thing is that I've always had a lot of hair but have also always shed alot of hair after showering without it affecting the fullness or volume of hair. I've since learned this is natural to shed some hairs every time you shower, particularly since I liked taking hot showers. But I didn't know that then so when I came across this shampoo on Amazon and after reading the rave reviews thought I would try it to be good to my hair. Well this has been one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made in my life. My hair up to this point had always been my best feature and now after having used this shampoo for 2.5 months it is thin, dry and I have visible bald patches on the crown of my head and towards the front. I can literally feel my scalp when I touch my head which is something I was never able to do before. I had just gotten a haircut and thought that was the reason my head felt lighter and lighter, I have long hair so my hair has always been heavy and I need to have long layers cut in my hair so that it exhibits more body. Well it wasn't until I was on a business trip recently and stayed in a hotel room that had a mirror on the back of the bathroom door and as I was washing my face I caught the reflection of the back of my head on the mirror and was in complete shock at the widening part at the back of my head. My mind immediately started racing on what could have caused this and then I remembered I had recently started using this shampoo. So I went back to Amazon to re-read the reviews but this time I read the 1 star and 2 star reviews and there it was the confirmation I needed that it in fact was this shampoo that had caused my hair loss. I read review after review of people having had the same thing happen to them. One even said it happened to the entire family including children. Well when I got home I immediately threw the shampoo and conditioner out. I was so angry at myself for falling for all the fake reviews and not clicking on the 1 and 2 star ones, how could I have been so gullible. I even called my cousin and told her to throw out the bottle that I had sent her since when she had complained about thinning hair I had told her about this shampoo and sent her a bottle. I purchased this shampoo in mid January 2017 and by March 21, 2017 (when I noticed the hair loss) the damage had been done. Since then I've been waiting to see if my hair will show signs of growing back after stopping use but so far nothing. To try and repair my thin and dry hair I've started taking gummi vitamins for stronger hair and nails as well as started trying out various Kerastase products to see if they help. The masque by Kerastase Chronologiste has helped as well as the shampoo and conditioner for the Kerastase Resistance line including the Ciment Thermique have also helped to add more thickness to what is left of my hair. These are expensive products but I'm desperate to have my hair repaired and to for it to start growing back but only time will tell if that will ever happen. I literally felt like crying when I noticed the bald spots, hair is so important to women. I have lost confidence in how I look and I'm always checking to see if my wide part and bald spot are showing in the back. It is awful, I never thought I would ever be in this situation since I've always had so much hair. I came back to write this review to warn others about this harmful product. Read the ingredient label, there are so many things in this shampoo. I trusted it because of the reviews and because it claims to use natural ingredients. Well lesson learned, be very careful of the fake reviews on Amazon. I will never again buy any hair products from Amazon and will stick to trusted, known brands like Kerastase. But really any drug store brand would be better than this harmful shampoo!

Art Naturals Hair Loss Shampoo: **Even if you're not experiencing hair loss, you may want to consider this shampoo if your hair is dry or damaged (per my PRO's below). I wanted to wait a while before reviewing this product and after 8 months and many purchases later, I feel confident that I can provide an honest review. My hair is thinning as I get older (genetics) and in addition to taking biotin and folic I thought it wouldn't hurt to try a shampoo that is fortified with the same vitamins that benefit hair loss. FYI - I follow the directions and leave the shampoo on my head a couple of minutes before rinsing. CONS: 1) The consistency of this shampoo is rather thick and almost gel-like and you have to use a little more than you would a normal shampoo to get a lather going, but that's because it's sulfate free and sulfates are what makes other shampoos lather so easily. 2) Your hair feels like straw immediately after rinsing the shampoo out, so you'll definitely need a good conditioner to follow-up with (I alternate using Art Naturals Argan Condition and Revlon All Soft) PROS: IT WORKS! My hair loss has decreased, my hair feels thicker, but probably the most obvious effect the shampoo has is on the overall health of my hair. I get my hair highlighted every 5-6 weeks and I've been using the same stylist for two years and about 6 weeks after I started using this shampoo he asked me what I was doing to my hair because it was so strong and soft and I had about half of the dead ends that I normally go in with. I never changed my routine styling process and I still use the dryer, flat iron, and products but this shampoo just keeps my hair healthy. Even if I didn't worry about hair loss, I'd still use this shampoo because of its healing powers.

There is a huge difference after washing with this shampoo versus with Aussie that i've used for years, which contains sulfates, which i believe is why my hair was falling out SO MUCH once i started aging around 51 years old, 4 years ago. I had a dream a month ago where I was completely bald on the sides of my head, which I had not been worried about, so I know the dream was to tell me what I will look like in the future, which got me wondering is there anything I can do about my hair falling out, which led me to search "hair loss shampoo" on amazon, which led me to this shampoo. I believe because it has no sulfates, I am losing way less hair than I was with the Aussie (sulfate) shampoo. I doubt my hair will start growing again just because of the shampoo but if it does, I will update this post. Also, I have never been able to use any shampoo on a regular basis other than Aussie, because they always created build up or dried my hair out after a few washings. When my hair started falling out noticeably, due to aging, I triied natural shampoos, and salon shampoo's trying to find something more gentle on my falling out hair, but to no avail, so I had given up and continued using Aussie...until the dream. This shampoo leaves my hair very soft, sillky and moisturized but there is no kind of build up whatsoever,. It seems to be a very natural, gentle, moisturizing cleansing, and my hair dosen't fall out noticeably after washing anymore.
