Rackit's power distribution unit (PDU) provides ample power outlets to support densely populated racks. Rackit's high performance rack mount surge protector PDU offers a power solution for communication closets, IT equipment racks and cabinet applications. By dissipating and diverting excess voltage, Rackit surge protection unit keeps your critical systems functioning properly, providing advanced protection for critical computer, electronic and communications equipment. With 2 outlets facing the front and 4 outlets facing the back, Rackit's rack-mount PDU fits standard 19" racks. With a 1U form factor (only 1¾" high) Rackit's rack-mount PDU gets rack-mounted onto 4-post racks, 2-post racks, wall-mount racks or any telco/equipment rack conforming to 19" EIA rack-mount standard.
