Love this stuff. The sardines are whole and not broken apart. The flesh isn't mushy although it isn't as firm a the sardines packed in oil. I like the taste so much I save the liquid in a jar. I use the fish broth for ramen and to make a seafood sauce.

Taste, Texture, all there at a good price and nutritious. If you like fish try it. I enjoyed this a lot. Filling, too.

Great nutrition for the price but they are quite mushy. I can't eat them on their own like other more expensive sardines but for cooking or being mashed up they're fine. They also make a great cheap dog treat.

Great quality and good price! Wild caught is the only fish I give my cat. I snack on these also!

Tasty, healthy and reasonably priced.

Has a different, less of a flavor to a few decades ago. People are so sensitive to oils so your mind has to adjust a little to sardines as they taste now. I still enjoyed the can of it almost as much as before and am happy I made the purchase. So cost effective for a very good protein designed for emergencies. Even the salt content has been lowered. This is a bonus since salt can always be added by the user. I personally prefer the skins on. For my heart, that's the best part of the fish. Skins also add flavor. These are not very flavorful. Sprinkling a little seasoning on them would be pretty much essential for most of us.

My main complaint is that it didn't taste like anything, not even fish. It's very bland in taste.
