Sardines in Water

They’re perfect straight out of the can, I typically just eat them out of the can or fry them in a pan with a little butter they taste great!! or you could toss into a salad, or paired with some crackers for a light lunch or you could mash them up with a little lemon juice and spread them on toast—delicious! Nutrition-wise, these are a win. With 12g of protein per serving, they’re a great way to fuel up, especially since I’ve been trying to stick to a keto-friendly diet. Dry high quality taste, I eat them right out of the can sometimes! Best recipe is a citrus cucumber and chick pea salad I found in the review videos. It’s not a measuring recipe - it’s a dump and eat recipe so no need to take notes!

I researched how I could relieve my cats dry itchy skin and they recommended sardines packed in water with no added salt. My cat starting in the autumn time begins to lick herself bald In spots,also she demands that I scratch her spots with my nails. I found this brand on Amazon and it came the same day that I ordered it which was cool because I wanted to help our itchy little cat as soon as possible. I am happy to report that our cat Bree already seems to be more comfortable in her skin, she is asking to be scratched way less and her overgrooming is calming down. I whish that I had researched this last year, it's only been a couple of days and I already see improvement in our cat Brees behavior. If your cat has these issues I recommend that you do some research about your cats health. This brand is human grade and a nice quality, I keep it in a container in the refrigerator and I mix it in with wet food and a little water added, my cat loves it. Beach Cliff sardines is a nice quality good for you and your cat, just look up the health benefits for your cat and you will want to get it for them as well as yourself. This packed in water, no added salt is good for you and your cat too. It's been two weeks of feeding these sardines to our cat and my husband and the improvements are huge. Numbers one my husband likes a bite on a cracker, but the cat is vastly improved. She is now good in her skin ,her demeanor is calm she is not licking bald spots in her fur and in fact her bald spots are growing the fur back. Her attitude is becoming more loving and affectionate with us. I whish that I had found out about this treatment for her years ago.

These have a very nice taste. They’re not solid, they are broken up, which I don’t mind at all. The first 2 cans I opened were small pieces, the third can was not. I dislike the brands that are hard little creatures! I recommend!

I’ve used them and been quite satisfied for many months. However, the last two tins I’ve opened—two of my last order— hardly looked like sardines. One of them looked like packaged remnants of sardines, and the other one was tiny fish with the same stuff around them. I have four more tins from that order. If they are the same my rating goes to two stars and I switch brands.

These sardines have no flavor. Good for making airfares sardine nuggets or omelets.

I was hoping to like these because my regular brand is not available at this time, however, I was disappointed. The price was okay, the sardines were in many pieces and not one was a filet, they were very soft...much more mushy than I am used to eating...and quite a lot of water. I doubt I will buy these again...but if they are the only ones available, I might.

If you like sardines this is a great value with tons of nutrition!! I give it also in small quanities to my inside and outside cats and they love it ....its good for them too! My lab likes them..( labs like most anything ) and is cheaper than salmon as a small topper for his food. This is a staple to stock up on and has a long shelf life!
