Instructions with the product were very useful, the product itself is amazing but I only use it during the weekends so I don’t sleep in and miss work haha. My only issue is that the size is a bit awkward, it would only fit 1 person comfortably and it’s difficult to find sheets for it.

I purchased this because I've been having trouble sleeping lately due to a variety of factors, especially work-related stress. I was worried that this would trap heat and cause me to sweat, but it's quite the opposite. The blanket is very cooling and soft while being weighty. The first night my body was still adjusting to it. I woke up a bit sore (purchased the 15lbs one) and was regretting my decision a little bit, but decided to stick it out. Ever since though I've been falling asleep pretty much instantly every night without even thinking about it, and realized the blanket does actually help quite a bit. The material was extremely soft, which I was not expecting. The beads are also evenly distributed so I had no issues with pooling either. It is a bit pricey, but that's to be expected with weighted blankets in general. I ended up purchasing a cover for mine as well so I could wash the cover without worrying about the blanket itself. Would highly recommend for those who have exhausted other options and have trouble sleeping. I would also recommend trying it out for several nights just to get your body use to to the new blanket as well. It might not be for everyone, but it worked for me.

このお値段とは交換条件にならない価値を頂きました！！必ず夜中の2時から4時に一度目が覚めてしまう、その後また眠れるか眠れないか…と言う不眠の時期があり、思い切って購入しました。その後このブランケットが全てを解決してくれました！留意点としては、このブランケットを使うには良いマットレスを使っていないとダメだと思います。極端な例、畳に布団を敷いて…の状態ではただの重たいブランケットになってしまいます。 あとは私は寝相が悪いので、蹴飛ばしてしまって膝から足首にかかったままベッド下に落ちてしまうと重たくて夜中に引っ張り上げる、と言うのはありますが、その後も快適に眠りに戻れます。 慣れてしまうと無しではいられません…！！

A bit smaller than a full queen, and in that respect it's harder to keep in position, but weighs well and is relaxing to use. Sometimes my arm falls asleep though.
