A perfect match to Asian dishes
The soy powder has a nice taste: salty with a hint of tanginess, which works well in Asian dishes.

Not as dark as soy sauce
Tastes less salty. Maybe it's not made of dark soy sauce. Also, the lid doesn't have ridges so grip is not there. Please bring ridges so that lid can be easily opened.
