Very dark, very bitter, Swiss made great quality chocolate
It’s very dark, very bitter, zero sugar.. but I wanted to try it.. 😅 I am in no added sugar diet.. didn’t have chocolate for months, but I had sliced banana, poured some peanut butter on it and shaved this Swiss chocolate on the top .. delish 🙏🏻

NOT FOR EATING LIKE A CANDY BAR. This is good quality cocoa for using in recipes that call for cocoa. I got this for medicinal purposes to grate and add to food and drinks. This was a healthy choice not a snack choice
