I would recommend a different colour as I roll regularly, but this was too stiff for me. **Q: I ordered a high density roller but it is too hard on my back. Will this one work?** A: I would say that this one is medium density. I also had a high density roller that was too hard. This is a smaller roller for travel, but I also find it works great on some areas where my larger one can't quite get to. **Q: How hard is the green one?** A: Too hard for me. Totally useless as a lumbar support.
