I really enjoyed this book. Full of great references. Looking forward to the next book on this topic, especially exploring ‘hydrogenated coconut oil’ and where to find it.

I just finished reading the last page and starting back for a second read. Mark wrote the book to be an amazing simple read (easy to understand) for those of us unfamiliar with medical knowledge / terminology. I am not a reader but I couldn’t stop myself. I was captured and wanted more. This small paperback book bulges with proven historical research, trails, tests, evidence and references. More amazing than the proven researched statics noted are the years they were verified. Mark provided the references by which you can perform your own research then make your own choices for your health. I actually gave this book to my primary doctor and asked him to read it. If he doesn’t read it someone in the office will. Pass it on…Marks love for humanity and his struggle for the TRUTH to be made know is extremely felt. I can’t emphasize enough the importance that this book be passed on. Buy it for yourself or buy it for someone else. It makes a perfect “LOVE” gift.

Everyone needs to read this book, even if you are not dealing with cancer. I highly recommend all of Mark Sloan's books.
