Upon seeing my physio using a similar instrument on me, I bought this tool to use to relieve tension and pain under the soles of my feet, which was really bad (to the point that I couldn’t walk) when playing sport. It has been an absolute Godsend. I now use it as a preventative massage tool with Tiger Balm and I have had no problems with my feet since and have even been able to throw away my orthotics.
