Best product to releave Neuropathy
Bought these in August 2025 as I had started Chemo Treatment & Neuropathy came on like a bull in a China cabinet & the pain was so BAD. These honestly helped very much. More than anything else. I also elevated my legs while using them. I highly recommend them to anyone going through Chemo or dealing with Neuropathy (which i had not heard of until middle of the night when it woke me up in so much pain). They are very durable, washable and easy to use. These stay cold. Might buy a backup pair & extra ice packs

Next best thing to an ice bath!
I have plantar faciitis and bought these to use as icing relief for inflammation. I've only used these for 4 days now, but I really like them! The sock material is soft and protects my feet from the harshness of the cold packs, but still allows plenty of coldness to my feet. I'm surprised by how pliable the ice packs are, even after being in the freezer all day. They don't freeze solid, they stay bendable so you can get them into the sock pockets easily and then mold them to your feet a little bit. Because they mold so easily, they don't stay right up against my heel, but that's actually quite fixable by putting my night braces on or making sure my feet are on the floor or another surface (gently, don't walk in these). Also because they are moldable ice packs and my feet are a little small for the S/M sock (I'm a W size 9.5 with long skinny feet), I found I can pull the ice pack from the bottom of the sock up around the back of my heel just a little, which works great for me because my arch and the back of my heel are where my pain is greatest. While these don't give the intense all-over coldness of an ice bath, they're so much more convenient and still give the relief I need! I'm going to use them every night to add to my fight against inflammation!

Great product & great idea - runs very small!
Received today. Great product and great idea. Ice pack feels good and relieves hurting foot. However they run very small, especially when you put the chilled pads in. Order larger size!!!

Excellent choice for chemotherapy - high quality, well-designed, comfortable
We recently bought two sets of the ice mitts and socks to use during chemotherapy to reduce the risk of neuropathy, a very common side effect of paclitaxel. I initially bought one set, concerned about quality and fit and was very pleasantly surprised at how wellmade and soft/comfortable both the mitts and socks are. In terms of sizing, I am a women's size 9-9.5 shoe and the small/medium fit perfectly/snugly. I don't know that it would fit a women's shoe size larger than that. I have rather large hands and the gloves also fit perfectly. My paclitaxel infusion lasts 3 hours and they recommend putting on the gloves and socks 15 minutes prior and leaving them on 15 minutes after. The first set was a little too cold on my hands so we improvised with latex gloves and a papertowel around my hands until the mitts warmed up a little. Next time we will try thin cotton "moisturizing" gloves (WITHOUT any moisturizer added!) and remove them as soon as possible. Thin cotton socks worked great under the ice socks initially. We did run into a challenge with the second set not staying cold long enough to complete the 3.5 hours and the first set not having enough time to refreeze so I have ordered a 3rd set for next time. I don't think most people will run into this if they are able to keep the mitts/socks in a freezer at the facility upon arrival. We did have an ice chest but were delayed a couple of hours for blood draw, etc, so it was a while before we could get them into the freezer. Can't say how grateful I am to have found these! I hope this review helps someone else as confused as I was about what to do.

Not soft
These could be better. I ordered these while pregnant when my feet were swollen. They aren’t stretchy and kind of hard to get over my heel. They also aren’t very soft. The idea of them is great but the quality doesn’t live up to my expectations. Only used cold and they did seem to hold a good temperature.

Nice quality, works great.
I'm very pleased with these. These socks are really soft and are of good quality. I haven't had any problems with the stitching coming loose and they seem to be made really well. They are very comfortable and do exactly what I expected them to do. My feet get so hot that it's really hard to sleep at night. I needed something to keep them cool and yet stay on my feet all night while I sleep. These worked great, stayed cold for awhile, long enough for me to fall asleep (which takes awhile). The sock itself is washable. You are getting 2 socks and 4 ice packs. Two ice packs are for the bottom of your feet and the other two are for either the back of your ankle or the top of your foot, whichever you'd rather use it for. All the packs are removable. The sock itself is 4 inches wide and very stretchy. The foot length from toe to heal is 9 and a half inches, but the overall length from toe to top of sock is 11 inches. The ice packs for the bottom of the foot are 9 and a half inches long and 4 inches wide. The ice packs for the ankle or top of foot are 4 and a half inches long and 4 inches wide. I am female, size 7 wide, and these socks fit perfect. The material is does stretch quite a bit.

Great birthday gift!
Bought these as a birthday gift for my friend. She already owns a pair of these cooling socks and says they work wonderfully to help with her neuropathy. They stay cool for about 30 minutes. Very soft and comfortable to wear. She loves that it has a pocket on the top of the foot to hold an ice pack along with the bottom of the foot. It also has a pocket for the heel of your foot.

I’ve had so many difficult foot injuries and issues from broken toes to nerve problems and sore feet and this is one of the most convenient purchases I made. So handy and comfortable to ice a part of your body that can be tricky if you also need to elevate etc
