I added a suitable amount to the cake batter, then sprinkled some on top after frosting or with lavender butter cream. The container size is great, & the candy is a perfect size, also. The candy is hard enough to hold it's shape through baking. Everybody said the candy's taste was a good addition to my scratch cake. They're colorful & pretty.
