I use it in conjunction with physical therapy for my 2 year old, who despite his limitations is very active. Other tape brands didn't stick well or rolled up almost immediately after application. The ones that didn't roll up immediately didn't stay in place more than a couple of days. This tape had minimum roll up and the adhesive is ridiculously strong. It lasted over 5 days and was still very much adhered upon removal.
