perfect for when you are looking for an easy way to take vitamins without having to swallow a giant thick sticky pill everyday. also good if you have sensory issues. combination of colors are okay, the flavors on the other hand was rather hard to uncombined from my mouth. odor was a little intense. easy to digest. okay at absorption. not good if you have a chronic dry mouth. no side effects that I can see or feel.
