I wanted to get a timothy hay-based pellet because even though my bunny eats mostly real timothy hay and pellets I had noticed he was packing on pounds fast. I switched to this food and he looks much better, shiny coat and active. The pellets also are definitely timothy hay as another comment said, they smell like hay. Great food, and the bag has a ziplock so you can reseal it. The only trouble is, I wish they sold a large bag and it is a little pricey compared to other pellets but I'd rather pay more for a healthier item. :)

Healthiest pellets for bunnies. My rabbits love it!! It is your regular boring pellets, (doesn’t have any colourful pieces) which is perfect.
