Q: is this suitable for outdoor use (under a covered porch)?

Q: Does it support 802.11ay or Repeater mode?

802.11ay uses 60GHz spectrum. This product only has 2.4 and 5GHz radios. The datasheet (http://www.grandstream.com/sites/default/files/Resources/datasheet_gwn7630_english.pdf) also makes no mention of 802.11ay, so no, it does not support 802.11ay. It supports a client bridge mode, where you can have the AP act as a wireless client, and connect a client device with only wired ethernet ports to your wireless network. I don't see anything about being able to bridge a wireless client device onto the network, so the only way I would see this working a a wireless bridge is if you had multiple GWN76xx APs and you had one in mesh (wireless backhaul) mode (which it does support, if that is what you are asking).

Q: What is the difference between 7600 and 7630?

7600 is 2x2 while the 7630 is 4x4 and slightly larger. I have deployed both at different sites and would go with the 7630 as it has constantly given faster speeds.

Q: What is the purpose of the 2nd nic? is it for daisy-chaining/bridging or increasing bandwidth? if it is the latter, where is the documentation for it?

It is for daisy chasing another client. This AP does not support link aggregation.
