3rd truffle slicer I buy. But this is it. Perfect cut. Paper thin. No “crumbling” of the truffle. By the way, super elengant and good looking. Easy to clean.

Prodotto eccellente e di qualità. Estremamente affidabile e di alto design. Svolge appieno il suo lavoro. E' un pò delicato e và maneggiato con estrema cura ma sarei disposto a comprarne altri 100. Consiglio ai veri appassionati di tartufo perchè la spesa....vale l'impresa!
