The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it takes a little extra stirring to fully dissolve, and a small amount sometimes settles at the bottom of the shaker. Other than that, it’s a solid creatine supplement that I would recommend for anyone looking to support strength and muscle growth.

This Creatine is excellent, it has no after taste, it mixes well, it doesn't cause any bloathing and it provides energy throughout my workouts.I mix it with 3 parts water and 1 part Gatorade Fit to give it some flavor and some vitamins.Do not add sodium to it or you might get bloated. I was adding it to a mix of water lemon and salt before and it was not a good idea.I do 3 classes of Less Mills Body Pump per week and having this on my drink by the side provides me energy, stamina and has helped me shed fat and my muscles have become more defined in record time.Definitely recommend it.
