The ingredients are amazing. Most importantly the HMB and Hica. I have a very physical job where I don’t get to eat much til I get home. Drinking this not only helps me maintain my muscle mass, it helps my achy joints and tendons. The grape flavor is delicious and subtle when mixed into a 64oz water can. People need to stop complaining about taste and smells with supplements and remember why you’re taking it. This is why people don’t eat vegetables but your life depends on it. Stop complaining. I haven’t tried the other flavors yet, but my next purchase will be watermelon. This product mixes great and not clumpy like other bcaa powders. That was a issue I had in past with other products. Not this one. Again for people saying it’s too sweet, get a bigger water bottle. I’m grateful it’s stevia and not Splenda (sucralose) garbage for my gut biome. Happy gains and recovery fellow humans !

LLevo 15 días tomando el BCAA, durante mi ejercicio en GYM, hago 1 hora y media al día, me ha servido de mucho: me da energía durante mi ejercicio, me ha ayudado para mis dolores post-entrenamiento, no he tenido efectos negativos por tomarla, me encanta el sabor es refrescante, delicioso y no te enfada. A cambiado mi complexión física, más tonifica, ha aumentado mi masa muscular, mi rendimiento y la regeneración Se los recomiendo, no lo dudes!

Started taking this because I follow Sascha on IG and it has completely changed my excersise experience! One time I had to buy other brands and hated them (bought 2 different brands). I do feel more energy and my soreness has decrease a lot! I only feel sore when I know my workout was extra strong :) .... I looooove the grape flavor! Enough sweat and a little acid a the same time (which I love). I recommend this product 100%! It’s the best BCAAs in the market.
