Works like a charm!
Very calming and relaxing. Helps muscles relax and my sleep is now amazing. Flavor is delicious! I’ve had 2 flavors and both were very good. My favorite flavor so far out of the two is the honey citrus. I have also purchased the peach.

Quality of the product
Absolutely love the taste of the peach tea. This has helped me fall asleep and stay asleep along with stopping all nightly leg cramps that was waking me up almost nightly!

Excellent product
Love this product, easily absorbable and mixes easy, taste great!! Much prefer a powder to a tablet. Gives me an overall better feeling.

Quality and Effective
This is a good magnesium complex. I don't care too much for the taste because it's too sweet for me. But whenever I get leg spasms or have a stressful day I drink this at night and it alleviates the spasms and my rest is deep, and I wake up less tense.

Flavors suck
Product itself is great but the flavors suck. It's way too sweet and strong and I get nauseous sometimes. I wish they had a flavorless one.
