Make My Knee Great Again
I've been an active endurance athlete all my adult life but cycling accidents injured my meniscus and eventually led to arthritis in my knees. This model sits on my desk where I can see it every day and still have hope for being able to run again. This is an accurate representation of a healthy knee, that bends, shows the meniscus, bone, cartilage, and ligaments. Make my knee great again!

The best fake knee money can buy
Was the hit of the Christmas exchange! My secret Santa joked that he wanted a new knee for Christmas, as his is shot and is looking at knee replacement. So when I saw that I could actually buy him a new knee, it made this gift even funnier! It was truly the gift with the loudest and longest laughs and people passed it around looking how the knee joint works. Science can be and IS fun!!!

It is very detailed and well made. It has a nice weight to it so that it doesn't keep falling over

Very Helpful
This model is very helpful for my basic anatomy class. The ligaments and cartilage are clear, and the joint moves easily. For a more advanced class, you may want a model w/ tendons and muscles. I've only used this for a month, and it's held up very well. Colleagues have warned that the ligaments can tear, so just be careful when passing it around.
