How do you claim on the warranty?

Call powermatic for warranty, number is on paper work that came with machine. They do stand by there warranty without a doubt.

How much is this going to be when it comes out?

not sure what you are asking? cost? or size of cigg? Its very easy to operate and, so far, i've had no problem and they come out properly.

Using 100’s. Having trouble getting the tube completely filled Any suggestions ?

Read your instructions before using. The instructions explain how to fill the Kings and the 100's. Push your tobacco to the outer sides of the fill chamber first, then fill the rest of the chamber. That is the only way to fill the longer filters.

How do you stop static in hopper?

Static? As in electricity? In the hopper? Sounds like your machine isn't grounded properly. I've never had this issue with mine. I'm wondering if you received a defective product?
