Zesty zing!
This is a great addition to various foods such as avocado and salads. It is thick and doesn't sink to bottom of bowl. It has a zesty balsamic zing that we and guests really enjoy!

Nice balsamic reduction - Goes on thick
This is a very nice balsamic reduction and a good value for the money. Be aware that the nozzle is a bit large causing a heavy hand to lay it on a bit thick. If you want thin, professional lines, don't squeeze the bottle.

Wonderful flavor. I have mostly used it for salad dressings, then, added it on steamed or roasted veggies. I found it added a fantastic flavor on salmon in the air fryer. Oh, and on pizza. Buy it. You'll use it. You'll want more!
