Anyone use this for a home hvac lineset flush?

My understanding is Home HVAC just needs more solvent. HVAC store sells amount based on compressor capacity. A good rule of thumb is one 2-lb. canister of flush for a 7-to-10-ton refrigeration system (both high & low lines). Also need more if had electrical burnouts, where more 'gunk' would need to be removed.

Can this be used to flush a plugged heater core?

the a/c cores are aluminum, the heater are usually copper not sure if the flush will react to the material the core is made of if aluminum should be no problem, you might consult with a a/c person

Does this work in 1234yf A/C system?

I’m not familiar with 1234yf systems but if that was a typo it does work with most a/c refrigerants like 134 A and R12 as it’s a flush to clean out the system components of contamination

Is this product compatible with r410a

hi it will work fine as long as you blow out the system with Nitrogen to dry out and get last of flush out of the pipes. We have used it with 408,404, 410, and 134
