Not much to say, they do the job! Color is black, look as good as they can, and they fit perfectly on my BMW rear plate. Quick shipment from Amazon is always a great perk too!

Installed on a 2022 Model 3 long range AWD with a really thick license plate frame
This is a must have if you're installing a particularly thick license plate frame or anything other than the plate frame you can buy from Tesla onto the OEM base plate that Tesla provides. The license plate frame that I have right now is about 6mm thick on its own which required the longest screws available. I think the standard screw size for most cars is an M6 but that Tesla plate requires the M5 with a .8 thread pitch which is why you need to have these if you're going to add a license plate frame that's different from the ones that Tesla sells. The best way to figure out which length that you need would be to put your license plate behind your frame and use a depth gauge to measure that total thickness and then add about 2mm or slightly more extra for the length so that you have enough threads going into the mounting plate.

Didn’t fit my BMW license plate.

Perfect Fit
When I took delivery on my Model 3 they did not tighten the screws to the paper plate. I looked at my rear camera an noticed it flapping around. Worried I would lose the paper plate I ordered these screws. They fit perfectly.
