I sent this product back as it was nothing like advertised. It had no strap to attach it to your knees and also did not come with earplugs. It was absolutely useless for what it was intended as you lose it the minute you fall asleep or turn over.

購入してから１年が経ちレビュー遅くなりました。これまでの感想です オススメの使い方とは違うと思いますが・・※体型痩せ型で太腿に隙間ができます※ 仰向けに寝る時、太腿の隙間に挟んで寝ると、脚が安定して良いです。 脚が安定すると、腰も安定、反り腰の為、膝を立てる癖もありますが、大丈夫です。膝下に三角クッションを使う時ありますが、その時の身体の状態で使い方を工夫しています。私には、とても役に立っています(^^)
