Is this really thin cutlery and likley to bend?

No, i wouldn't say so. The cutlery is quite sturdy apart from the fork which bends slightly if pressure is applied. I wouldn't recommend purchasing these items though as they are very small.

Is the pouch washing machine washable?

I don’t know I’m washing my cutlery before put them back in the pouch.
