BEAUTIFUL! Bought this chimnea after much research and so glad I did. It arrived within 2 days, was very simple to set up and even comes with a chimney lid! It’s light enough to move its location myself and to store in shed but still sturdy and well made and love the ‘LOG BARN’ logo on the pipe. Got to light it last night for first time and it lit easily and burned beautifully all evening, giving off lots of cosy heat and very few sparks (previous chimnea with mesh body allowed too many sparks out to be safe). Tip: Also follow the recommendation to use kiln dried hardwood logs for less smoke and more heat output.

This is quite a good size for my small patio area, but you can still fit in quite a few logs and then the heat output is good. I was a bit disappointed to see after only 3 evenings of usage the black paint had started to flake off in small areas at the bottom, revealing the steel underneath. I did think of returning it, but thought probably the replacement would do the same thing, so I’ve just covered the flaking areas with the black grate polish that I normally use on my log burner stove. Overall it’s ok for the price, looks nice, and is very easy to assemble.

Great buy Thought it might be a bit flimsy but is well made Gives out good heat and is protected from the wind

This is the third one i have bought, i use mine all during winter so gets lots of use...would like a thicker steel but it works hard keeping me warm ..

Throws out some heat! Love it, great design. Yeah the paint came off after 2 uses as a dust not flakes. Very sturdy and overall a good purchase. We don’t leave it out so it’s in great condition.

2021 - Really nice chimnea. I built up the fire by having a few smaller fires first and that's helped the paint I think. It's not blistered or peeled like some reviews said. Great heat off it and it looks great on the patio. Really pleased with my purchase. 2025 - I purchased this 4 years ago. It's a really good chiminea but it hasn't weathered well. Paint has all but peeled off and the body of the chiminea has become very brittle. We might get another year out of it but I don't see it lasting much longer than that. I've reduced my rating down from 5 to 3 because of this.

This is a great outside chimnea. Love the design. I belive it does take some cares/ maintenance over time to avoid rust..for this price is the best one out there ! Thank you !
