how do I use the bottle properly?

Does this contain vitamin D ?

It doesn’t state vit D on the bottle. It does contain omega 3 which is good for joints healthy coat and skin. I got it to help my dog with stiff joints to give her more ease of movement. She’s 5yrs old and a big chubby bulldog. It works well for her

Is this pumped into the dogs food? or does it need diluted? there are no instructions on the box or bottles. thanks in advance. x

A couple of squirts (depending on size of dog) straight on to food. My dog loves it and won’t eat his food without. It keeps his coat lovely and been a great help with his arthritis. At. Year old he had hip surgery. He is now eleven and still very active. Would highly recommend

Why is there no added Tocopherols? Does the product not need additional antioxidants to prevent it going rancid? (Question for manufacturer / seller)

There are three reasons why other salmon oils have additional tocopherols (sometimes called vitamin E) 1) Most salmon oil is produced by using chemicals and high temperatures during extraction, these extraction methods are used as they generally have higher yields. Unfortunately, this extraction process also damages the natural nutrients within the oil, as well as natural antioxidants, and can cause it to go rancid faster. 2) Other salmon oils come with a pump separate, which you need to attach yourself; as soon as you open the bottle you add oxygen, which starts to make the oil go rancid. 3) Higher quality salmon oil has a more orange colour; this is a clear sign of more natural antioxidants. If the salmon oil has a greater amount of natural antioxidant, it will go rancid slower. Good but leaks

Good product but it leaks and gets very messy. We bought two bottle and clearly it’s very sealed but as we use it on a daily basis, the whole bottle gets oily.
