Incredible book!
I recently picked up this book to seek guidance on managing anxiety, and I couldn't be more grateful. This book is a game-changer in every sense of the word.From the very first pages, it's evident that the authors understand the intricate web of emotions and struggles that come with anxiety. Very Helpful and Comforting
I suffer from the symptoms of generalised anxiety disorder, and I found this book extremely insightful and comforting. I must emphasise that this is a MUST- HAVE book for anyone with an anxiety disorder.Another issue I have is intrusive thoughts, and although I have purchased another book more focused on them, I will constantly be using this book and my other book to help me towards my mental health recovery.The other reviewers mean what they are saying: I have implemented the strategies outlined in this book into my response to my anxiety, and it has made it feel much more manageable. The book reassures you: it has a way of conveying that anxiety isn't all that bad (at all :) ), and that you WILL recover from it.I simply HAD TO write this review, to add to the numerous others from people who have too been affected so positively by this book. Thank you very much Josh and Dean. You have made my life a a lot easier and made me feel more positive and calm about the problems I'm facing.

Definitely BUY this book now!
I bought this book after reading many of Dean's posts on Instagram and then reading the brilliant reviews on here! Especially the one below mine titled "Just buy it!" hence I've copied that title! Seriously if you're reading these reviews you must need /be interested in /looking for a good book on anxiety. This is it. I've attached a photo to show you just how many pages I've highlighted as absolutely invaluable and need to be read again! It's the best resource I've ever read for explaining anxiety, how, why and what to do to reduce and remove it. I bought it primarily for helping my anxious young daughter but have found it immediately and powerfully helpful for myself as well as her. On the day it arrived I immediately read the first 40 pages and then talked through what I'd learned with my daughter and we both found it helpful straight away. It's written beautifully in a really friendly and conversational way that's easy to pick up and put down and come back to. Please just buy it! You will be so pleased you have :)

I have experienced (and still do) Generalised anxiety disorder as well as panic disorder and the horrendous health anxiety! After reading this book I wanted to write the best review for the guys behind this book! But honestly I can't find the words. This book has helped me feel less alone. Its also helped me understand the what's and whys. I was also so happy to learn that others didn't find yoga or meditation helpful when feeling anxious! It's truly one of those books you wish you read at the start of your anxiety .... you know, before it got so out of hand! Although it has all the information and tips within the book I still didn't want it to end! Josh and Dean and the other's whom shared there stories within the book have created something great. And I would highly recommend this book to anyone. Weather you experience anxiety or know someone who is a anxious person buy the book and then pass it on. Its a very easy read and not long at all. You'll be happy you did.I've read MANY self help/ wellness books and this is definitely in the top 3!

If you’re struggling with anxiety, please do yourself a favour and give this book a read
My fiancé bought this book for me last week. I read the whole thing in a couple of days. So insightful, it has really helped calm my anxiety. Every time I start experiencing symptoms of anxiety I am able to remind myself that it’s just a surge in hormones, my brain is giving me a false alarm and reassure myself that this is not a bad thing or something to be feared.This book has majorly changed my perspective on anxiety so much so that I have organised some therapy to help me start practicing wilful tolerance, starting integrating some of the tips from the book and also purchased a dear friend of mine, who also struggles with anxiety, a copy to help her on her road to recovery.Hearing about anxiety recovery from two incredible individuals who have been there is such a powerful tool.Amazing Instagram pages and podcast and even more amazing book. A text I can refer to anytime I need reassurance or scientific backing to calm my brain down and help switch of the threat response.

Amazing and so helpful!!!
I love this book!! It is so straight to the point and i just ‘got’ it! I have got GAD and have been on medication on / off which I do not like for almost 5 years . My goal is to be medication free and my GAD doesn’t mean I am broken - I just need to tolerate it a bit better and the tools in the book will help me in life. I need to practise to accept anxiety and let it go - it’ll pass and challenge the fear which I think it is true by continuing we are doing in present. Sometimes we make our anxiety /fear bigger than it really is. The book tells us that we need to listen our body when we are stressed and it is important to have some downtime. Such a brilliant book. I really recommend Joshua Fletcher’s another books - I have got them as well.
