Empire Decanter

I went on amazon just looking for whiskey glasses to buy. I came across these ones and figured I'd give them a try. They were a good price and seemed really neat. I'm glad I did. First they arrived very well packaged and protected from breaking. Upon opening they came in a beautifully well crafted box to store the glasses in when they aren't being used. They look and feel incredible. These are quality scotch/whiskey glasses that I will have to purchase more of! You will not be disappointed

Beautifully made, I bought a set for my husband's birthday. The unique style and crystal clarity made a wonderful present. They look fragile, but are sturdy enough for the dishwasher. The protective gift box was an elegant presentation reinforcing the good quality of the product and the extra care and pride the company takes in their glasses.

The glasses are amazing and very pretty! My husband loves them! They were shipped in a box that was very pretty also! One of the glasses was chipped on the rim but there was contact email on the box and they responded very quickly and replaced the glass very fast! Wonderful product and wonderful costumer service!

I bought these and the Twist glasses. I like both but these are a little thinner glass than the twist. Fun glasses for a party or when a friend drops by for a visit.

Got this for my husband for his birthday. They look soooo cool on the picture, in real life... Bleh... i don't even know how else to describe it. Glass was very thin and very plain. It was very awkward sitting them down sober, imagine trying to do it after a few drinks. No thanx.

These glasses were a big hit with my husband. He enjoys a good scotch and likes quirky things so these were perfect! They feel solid and not flimsy at all. They come in a really nice box and present themselves way. I also felt they were a great price!! I would definitely get these as a gift for another scotch/whisky drinker!

Very disappointed with these glasses. They look cool, but I think the fancy box they arrived in cost more than the glasses. They are very very light, so no heft to them like quality glasses, which means no insulation for your expensive scotch. In addition to that, I received a couple of really nice emails from the CEO before they arrived, where he expressed concern for satisfaction. He explained that he responded to every email, and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. Well, he never responded to my feedback, so I forwarded that email directly to his address on the box. He finally responded yesterday.....without addressing my comments at all; instead saying that he didn't reply to all emails, because he didn't want to 'fill people's inboxes.' And... I just discovered that the return window closed.... yesterday. Guess I'll keep them.

Packaging is nice. One of the glasses didn’t lay flat like the other. I really like the glasses so I ordered a replacement set.

These glasses are amazing quality. If you like a glass that has quality weight without being to heavy these are perfect. There unique and quirky design is definitely a talking point when having a drink with friends or having an after supper nip. These were a gift and I've already had a request for two more from the very delighted recipients.

These are a present for an avid whiskey drinker. They look the business and I think well worth the price. Also the personal attention and communication that comes from the Seller is first rate and I would recommend to anyone

Great whiskey glasses with a great style, they even come in a cool gift box too! If they came in a set of 4 I would have brought them as they are a really good addition to my home glassware.

Emailed and left review stating my concerns but no reply. Received another email from Ashcroft asking if I was happy and that they respond to every email. My main gripe is not the product per se, but the fact they are made in China of which I think $40 Is a bit strong in my opinion.
