Open bottle?
Why did you choose this product over others?: See other comments about bottle being open when delivered and so was my bottle all over the box it came in Saved about half of it !! Have tried it yet smells nice tho

Very satisfied with Adam's Meat rub
This is one of the best seasoning for meat on the market.

Used on some pork ribs
I have a WSM smoker and haven't used a paid for run for a while, but fancied something different than simple black pepper and salt for a change. Nice big jar, which is a nice change. Sprinkled liberally on both sides of my ribs from my local butchers. Nicely impressed with this rub. Got a nice colour and 'bark' and although I did put a tiny splattering of sauce on, not enough to ruin the rub. I'll try this on my beef short ribs possibly, but really with beef I like to let the flavour shine through by keeping it as simple as possible. I'll let you know if I'm tempted :-)

Leider kam der Artikel komplett ausgelaufen via Postversand an. Das Pulver kam komplett aus dem Briefumschlag heraus und konnte überall auf Versandkette etwas an Testpulver hinterlassen. Lieber würde ich das Pulver ab Deckel einschweißen um Ärger beim Empfänger zu vermeiden. Dennoch konnte ich 30% retten und die Rippen einpulvern. Top Geschmack und klare Empfehlung.
