Having used lacrosse balls for years, the rumble roller provides the stability and precision to really target deep muscle adhesions and work them out. Also the firmness really stands up to deep muscles knots. I discovered this product on the way out of a high end sport massage and I can say with full confidence that the few minutes I used the rumble roller at the clinic was more helpful than the entire preceding 55 minute massage! Great product for active people prince to muscle tension.

Great product, I use it every day to keep my body in good condition whilst lifting at a high level. Harder than expected when compared to the extra firm rumble roller, this is savage! Got used to it and it works great getting into glute med and around the hips as well as shoulders. Quite nice just rubbing into pecs as well.

Helps so much with muscle pain although it’s hard and a bit painful it’s very effective

Maybe someone used a dog toy for a massage tool and came up with this. Nevertheless, it's a wonderful little thing. On the stand or just using it by hand those little nubs are just the right size and firmness to dig deep and get tissue and muscle feeling good. Can pack it if you need,nice and small!
