Sturdy. Thick.
Very nice stool and pretty easy to assemble but there was one of those screw holes that some other folks talked about that was a little misaligned so I just replaced the provided bolt with a regular drywall screw and used my electric screwdriver to put it in place. One additional thing that would be helpful would be some wood glue or at least some basic Elmer's glue to pulled the little wood pegs in place. But that stuff's easy to source and I ended up using construction adhesive that I had laying around. Very solid stool and looks great too just like the picture.

Good Product - Glad i Got It!
Easy assembly and instructions, comes with everything you need (ie an allen wrench, screws and screw covers). Unhurried and aided by my cat, assembly took me about ½ an hour. If i'd hurried - i might could have done it in 20 min.It's finished wood, so it goes nice in any corner of the room. Supports 350 lbs.Seems sturdy. Good Buy! :-)
