Amazing fire pit. Worked on the beach in pretty high winds. Kept me and 5 friends warm like a normal fire while not breaking burn ban regulations. Nice to have a lid to keep water and debris out when being stored. Worth the price.

I’ve owned Camco’s Lil Red Campfire for 20 years and it never disappointed. I admittedly didn’t take care of the unit as I should ( leaving on deck uncovered etc.) so it finally wore out. If taking care of properly it would have lasted another 20 minimum. I wouldn’t trade my memories around that campfire for anything. The new Big Red campfire has all the great qualities of the other unit just larger. Great company, great product. You can’t go wrong. If you decide to go with the smaller unit, please be careful of other sellers selling this product!!!! There is one company I would highly recommend you avoid at all cost. READ reviews of the sellers. I’m sure you’ll be able to figure them out.

Ok, so I will be honest in my opinion, which means nothing to anybody else. For $230 bucks it's way overpriced. Does it work? Yes. Is it portable? Yes. I really think for no more than what this is cast, on a metal fabricator $100 is reasonable. Should at least come with an igniter so be sure and pack a lighter. There is not much heat unless you crank up propane regulator and a lot of air hisses at that point. It's functional and will see how.long it last.

Having allot of burn bans this comes in handy. It’s not crazy heavy. It’s easy to use and I can run for along time off a little 2lbs tank with no problem. Has perfect and controllable heat output. Construction is top quality. And all around versatile

Worked great and didn’t use a whole lot of propane. Easy to set up and compact to put away.

This is my second one of these. this one is bigger and puts out more heat. Wish it was so noisy when turned up.

We love this campfire. We read all the reviews and found that the 19" was perfect for us. And it is. Fits great in our camper storage, packs up small, and easily hooks to gas and ignites quickly. The only issues we have, as do other reviewers, is the flimsy clasps that hold the red cover to the base of unit. They are super flimsy and could have been made much stronger. We have been careful with them so far, but I'm sure over time we'll break or lose one. Other than that, we are happy with our purchase!
