Yes, make up watches off easily, glitter is a little tougher to get off, nothing we have put on her stains

Yes, I bought lots of different make up for the doll and it washes off beautifully, I even gave her some of my old make up, which also washes off well. My granddaughter is brunette and so I got her the brown headed doll

The eyes do not shut, so you can only put eyeshadow on behind the eyelashes and up to the eyebrows
