After starting a project in which I wanted to paint my plastic engine cover, I quickly realised I needed some plastic specific primer. I got this very last minute and it's worked well. It dried fairly quickly and gave nice coverage. I needed a few coats due to it covering bright red but it did the job nicely. The engine cover was textured too, however it held on perfectly and I'm very happy with how easy it made the job.

Put 3 base coats on a shower seat. Dries within 15 mins. Easy to use. Must shake can well. Seems good quality.

Needed to paint a 5ft nutcracker and I got easily 2 full coats out of 1 can. Kept the second one as a back up for anything else I may paint. Easy application, good coverage and no lingering smell. Use protection on the floor of whatever you may be spray painting though as it does stain.

I bought this to use on my polyproplene training swords, as a primer it seems to have worked excellently alongside the final spray

Painting 3 large upvc window frames, scotchbrited (red) and paint prep ( acetone) used as final treatment before priming. Primer(grey) went on very well, aerosol a joy to use and covered white frame with one coat. Fantastic finish and takes on top coat as good as any primer. About half a can used. As with any primer, especially a plastic one, only time will tell, hence dropping one star. Will update in a few months. But feel very pleased with it so far.

La experiencia no fue buena. Al aplicar la imprimación en un plástico de prueba al principio tenía una experiencia muy polvorosa, al poco generaba demasiados grumos. Al volver a agitar un rato lo mismo, al principio aceptable, al poco grumos, agitando bastantes veces y durante bastante tiempo, con motivo de asegurarme. Me imagino que tuve mala suerte, en vista a los comentarios generales. Procedí a su devolución.

Needed this for some burn through areas on my lower trim plastic pieces for the car. Finally found a product specific for plastic. Product flowed nice and easy without clogs. If it does just take some rubbing alcohol to the nozzle. Primer is not overly dusty jut right. Did do a very light sanding even though it was mostly smooth prior to base coat. Have not put the trim parts back on yet but the base paint went on well. Wanted to do a bit of compounding before they are installed since they are an odd shape. Good Luck!
