WAYY OVERPRICED
I am sooo disappointed...terrible book for $24.99 I am literally choked. Definitely sending it back. POOR CONTENT AND EXAMPLES.

Not what I thought
While this book has decent information, little upset I paid 14.00 for a 36 page book that only had about 10 pages of information. Very limited information and subjects. I was hoping to use this on my unit I manage but there's really nothing to share. Very disappointed
