This mount came in TomTom factory packaging and looked identical to my original one that broke. It works perfectly. Some reviewers have had trouble getting this suction cup mount to stick. Here's what I have found that works: First, use isopropyl alcohol to clean the suction cup and the mounting surface. Glass cleaner may also work. Attach the mount and rotate the lock to hold it there. If it loosens over time, place a drop (only ONE drop) of light oil (mineral oil, ATF, or similar) to the suction cup or mounting surface and repeat attaching the mount. The oil trick has worked for me for years.

This suction cup fit my TomTom COMFORT GO model GPS which was not on the list. This may be the standard ball size to fit in most GPSs of TomTom.

It has a very tight grip on my windshield. It was easy to put on my GPS and mount on the windshield. It adjust to the right angle to see easily.

this item is specifically what came with my tom tom gps...this type of gps is no longer updatable because many vehicles have gps standard in a vehicle or because of cell gps systems have far surpassed this type of gps. However, i like my tom tom and this mounting suction cup will stick to any windshield or flat plastic surface on your dash. It snaps into place just like the original and has the same diameter of ball as the original did. The reason why I did not give it a five star rating is because of the locking ring on the suction cup. The suction cup is made from a flexible plastic and not a rubber plastic. I highly recommend that if you're not using your GPS to take off the suction cup plate..It will create a memory which renders the suction cup useless after a long period of time.But overall this company that either makes it or just sells it is using an oem part. I was able to track this down by using Amazon's picture identification I used it for the first time and was amazed that Amazon's program ability to identify this part..

The best! Have been using a Tom-Tom for years and replace the Easy Mount on occasion. Works for me! Glad it's still around.

it was the right part which was great but did not even last a week then would not work anymore
