Amarine-Made 3 Step Stainless Steel Telescoping Boat Ladder Swim Step

We needed a ladder that would work well with our boat. It needs to be easy to store, easy to use, and study enough for both a child and an adult to use. This one fits the bill perfectly. Super happy with the price and the durability of this ladder.

Mine current boat ladder broke, replaced with this one. Perfect fit, used old mounts, 15 minute install and we can once again get in and out of hte boat easily

My father and I were blown away at the quality of this ladder for the price! It is very wall made, heavy duty, and would have been perfect but our boat didn't quite have the room (width) to mount it on our transom/deck area. I would say the 3 step option is perfect for bass boats or boats with a platform off of the transom, i was having a hard time deciding 3 vs 4 step and the 3 step length was just right for our aluminum tracker bass boat.

Ladder came quickly which was good there was no hardware for the ladder which is bad.haven't been able to install it yet but the mock up looked good and is small enough on my 17 foot bass boat to fold over and still allow me to get into storeage areas.All in all looks pretty dang good and for the price not to bad. Had to install a piece of aluminum under the back of my boat the fiberglass itself would no way hold a big guy like me by itself. Pretty straight forward on how to install it. folds out of way when not in use . from a scale of 1 to 10 to install the right way it is a 7 maybe 8 .make sure you use sealer around your holes and base of the ladder and if you are going to install on fiberglass add aluminum under the ladder. I like it and for the piece of mind it gives knowing that if something bad happens on the water and I get threw out of boat I can get back in with ez

used this for a season now. They are strong, I was worried based on another model I purchased years ago. It fit great on the swim platform. Easy to use up and down and the keeper to help keep the steps up.

It looks and feels like good Product. It is installed, But will use it next Summer.

Had to buy this ladder for my husband to get into our boat. We only had a 2 step ladder and needed a 3 step ladder. Went to a place to check on one and they were so expensive. I ordered this on amazon and got the same one for a good price. It's sturdy and folds up like our other one. Would buy another one Cathy Bryant Arkansas

This ladder is awesome. We have Bayliner 175 and the factory 2 step ladder is not very good for getting out of the water and back into the boat. I talked to the dealer a few years ago and they wanted measurements and made no promises that they could find something that would fit. It really put me off. I found a place this year that said most of the ladders are pretty standard and for $300.00 they could find one. That's a lot. I gave amazon a shot and here it is. Under $60.00 cdn right to the door. It takes a small amount of fitting but once in is an amazing change to the boat and worth every penny. The original ladder sits back about an 1/8 to 1/4 so a little drilling is required. I'd recommend using dowel plugs and sealing the original holes and re-drilling new ones. This sits the ladder correctly in the opening. The original plastic lock needs moving as well and is a bit larger than this ladder. I centered and screwed the supplied velcro strap underneath and locks in place perfectly. Already tested at the lake and a million times better. If you have a 175 and the same complaints we did this solves your problems. Takes about 1 hour to install.
