Not exactly cheap but very useful.
Not exactly cheap but very useful. I used them in my running shoes since I like flat shoes but my Achilles much less.. It is very useful and easy to get peel them and adjust the height you need. Downside is that they tend to be loo large in my experience so need some work to remove some material from them so they fit better

They Are OK
Found these initially difficult to part to decrease the levels to what I needed in my boots. I have found too that they do not stick very well in my boots & they move. Wether they actually did me any good I don’t really know but worth a try for anyone.

Helpful foot aids, daughter toe walks after chemotherapy treatments. So really help stabilise her walking.
