A True Battery Saver — Worth Every Penny for Serious Use
The NOCO Genius PRO 50 is a serious piece of equipment. It revived a completely dead battery that had sat in my garage through three Vermont winters — something my smaller 10A charger couldn’t do. It charges fast, has excellent build quality, and works with both 12V and 24V systems. That said, it’s probably more than most casual users need. If you just top off car batteries once in a while, something like the NOCO Genius 10 or 25 might be a better fit. But if you regularly deal with large or deeply discharged batteries, this is worth every penny. Highly recommended for anyone who needs fast, reliable charging and professional-level features. Q: Will the NOCO Genius PRO 50 work on a completely dead battery that other chargers can’t detect? A: Yes, the Genius PRO 50 has a special Force Mode that allows it to manually begin charging even when a battery is deeply discharged and reads zero volts. I personally used it to recover a battery that had been sitting for over three years in freezing Vermont conditions — other chargers couldn’t even detect it, but the PRO 50 brought it back to life. It’s one of the best features if you deal with neglected or “dead” batteries.

Over kill for my truck but worth it
This thing is a beast. I've had this thing for a year and a half already and I love it. When I park my truck for my off time and forget to turn off my power inverter, my truck will be completely dead. Hook this up to the batteries and in 10 min. The batteries are full. I've started to use the repair mode once a month because I'm trying to get the most out my batteries and its a great feature. I hate that they took the booster off the newer models but honestly, not needed. I have it mounted to my truck and it comes with more than enough cable to hard wire and mount it just about anywhere. I have a generator mounted as well so even at truck stops while on resets, I'm set. No need to turn on the truck just to charge the batteries. I just plug it in, charge for 30 min and I'm good. Owner ops, you need this.

Noco 50A battery charger
Absolutely love this charger. I had the 25A charger, decided to get this one and have not been disappointed. Easy to use, not too heavy, and use it almost every day at work for programming, during diag, or just to charge up a car that’s been sitting in the stall for a bit. Very functional. A lot smaller compared to the Exteq that’s also a 50A charger. Charges pretty fast. I’ve been able to repair 2 batteries with the repair option. Definitely recommend.

Ridiculously overpriced 🤦♂️ much much better options. At way cheaper prices available.
lol I am 100% guilty of making some stupid ridiculous purchases, but this is right at the top of the list. These things are such overpriced overhyped over exaggerated garbage. I have ever wasted money on even at a quarter of this price. This item would still be questionable.😂 🤦♂️ definitely do not waste your money. There are much better options for a fraction of the price. I give this one ⭐️ only because I’m feeling generous.👎

It's great!
This has worked great for maintaining steady voltage during flash reprogramming and/or diagnostics in my busy automotive shop. Every function (besides 10 amp limit charge) is controlled by one button, which can be inconvenient, but I've gotten used to it. I had to keep the booklet handy for the first month or so to remember how long to press the button, and with the clamps connected or disconnected, to get into each mode. I got it on sale, I don't think I would have paid full price for it, but it is a quality product.

This thing is awesome. the battery repair feature has worked on two batteries that i thought were junk. after that they charged and held a full charge. it can also be used to power anything 12 volt or 24 volt .it's very heavy duty but compact in size and very powerfull

I Paid My Own Money For This Charger! NOCO has to EARN THESE STARS!!
I bought this charger because of the 24V capability, and flexibility to charge 6V and 12V as well. The charger is large, heavy duty. I will echo another reviewer's observations that once in operation, it's not altogether obvious what the charger is doing. The instruction book tells how to access various features, and once you do that, the charger executes the command. But there's no LCD screen that indicates progress nor voltage. There is a sequence of LED's that blink, stay lit, or go out, thus indicating what's happening, or what has happened. The information is in the little manual book, and it's not completely intuitive. The sequence to access 24V functions involves pressing a button and waiting 3 seconds. I'm not real great at waiting ANY seconds... Where do I send my bill for those 3 seconds?? It's cumbersome to get to the 24V functions, and I'm pretty sure, but not certain - that I actually did get to the desulphation/rejuvination/fix your flat battery function. It seemed to work, but I was expecting that to take much longer than it appeared to take. Who knows. The charger works well. A 24V charger is somewhat a specialty item, and the fact that this is also a heavy duty charger results in the hefty price. I think if this charger had the typical LCD control display, the price would probably have been much higher, and I don't think the functionality would be any higher. I really want this to be a 5 star review, because this is a great charger, but #1, I paid full price, so my stars still belong to me (and must be earned, not sold for free stuff), and #2, the control interface and display isn't up with the times we live in. I don't need another hobby trying to figure out how to get this charger to do what I bought it for. Controls should be more simple.

Loads of options and lots of power but its not cheap
Big powerful charger with a nice power supply function. Used it several times and it works like it should. Working on a car with the supply mode on and you are sure that the battery stays 100% even with users on. Loading battery's is fast and stable. But set it on the max 10A function of the capacity is smal otherwise it could be that the battery will be Cooking by to much power. The extension cable is a real handy part. The Charger can be mounted on a wall ore a other support Service from Amazone was amazing The first one blow up just after 3 times in use. The replacement is keeping up and is still doing a good job

Pays for itself in 3 years.
I am used to the noco genius 10. I have used it on ride-on mower batteries and vehicle batteries and it performs well unless you leave it plugged in and powered on for extended periods, say, around 4 weeks. The genius 10 doesn't like this and produces a fault that it doesn't recover from. The lesson has been to turn it off at the wall after each use or 24hr period. The noco genius pro50 is a much bigger enclosure with more features but not much more weight. The enclosure contains a fan that changes speed by itself, presumably to control heat. And being 50A it cycles through large car batteries a lot faster, charges them a lot faster and performs repair cycles a lot faster. If you are a mechanic, it puts 3 extra lines on your invoice in a few hours instead of over night. But what I do like about it is the 10A button. You can switch the genius pro 50 into a 10A unit for doing motorcycle, ride-on mower, or landscape equipment batteries and, like the genius 10, it also does lithium and AGM batteries too. So what is the benefit for mum and dad users of a noco unit? Your cars run better, they use less fuel, the alternator doesn't work as hard and it lasts longer, and the batteries in your cars last a lot longer. This is based on doing a 4hr cycle once per month. If you own 2 cars that are around 5 years old, a genius pro50 will pay for itself in around 3 years depending on how you drive and whether you are a city or regional driver. If you're a mechanic, how much is it worth to diagnose, de-scale, recondition, and deep charge a customer's battery in a few hours? Doing 15 batteries in a week for $110 each would pay for the genius pro 50 in a week.

Awesome bit of kit!
This item saved me lots of time and money when my car lost power and the fobs were erased. Had to hook up to a constant power supply and this equipment does it all. Solid built, solid support.. Well worth the money!
