Unique and vibrant colors
I have been dying my hair for 30+ years, starting with manic panic I have tried Artic Fox, Punky Color, Special Effects, Pravana Chromasilk (OG), and a host of other random Brands. Yet to try Pulp Riot and good dye young. That all being said, my review is such. This brand reminds me a lot of original formula Manic Panic. Deep and Rich colors and heavy on the color bleed. I find the aquamarine color bleed the worst so far, no problems with the Amethyst myself. My hair is soft and manageable after using this, the smell is quite mild and nice as well. I find the color holds best when used immediately after lightening while your hair follicles are still a bit more receptive to color. My color strand test immediately after lightening did not bleed as much and stayed very well for the greens and blues with only 10m development time. The pinks did not hold as well with this amount of time. I found the formula a dream to work with. Just the right consistency to go on and spread easily to just where I wanted it for this look. Blending the colors was different the hues are not mixed the way many others and if you mix amethyst and red, you will not get a pretty purple. Saphire and purple creates an amazing royal Blurple. The greens and blues on this line are unlike any I have used before, I could mix the colors they give us but rarely did I find these deep hues quite this way, the unique color profile makes buying the emerald, aquamarine and Saphire worth it alone. I would even say the emerald is the perfect forest green. It is truly stunning and I honestly forgot to put it in my hair and was heartbroken because it is so beautiful and rich. The red is also a perfect red IMO, a wonderful deep and vibrant red, though I didn’t use it in this style. The yellow, orange and light green in my photo are IroIro as my yellow funshine bear did not arrive in time. For the reviews that state this gets everywhere, this is much like any deep pigment dye I have used and, like most conditioning colors, it will adhere better to less than healthy hair. So I highly recommend buying a color bowl kit and gloves and rinsing your hair in a shower that won’t stain. Every dye I have used stains my shower to some degree and if you want it to last longer, bleach your hair. I will absolutely use this dye again, it is incredibly rich and vibrant and makes my hair wonderfully soft. I cannot speak to how long the color bleed will last but if it is pervasive that is a definite deal breaker for most, it will stain your everything and sometimes your hands and neck with bad enough bleed. Still 5 stars because it is one of the best dyes I have used and many brands have one or two colors that bleed. If anyone at INH reads this, please make an orange color :). Update: the color bleed ceased and the color is now simply gorgeous with no ill effects. After first wash the colors were still incredibly vibrant and my hair is silky, shiny and soft.

So good💯
I had an impulsive thought of wanting dark emerald green/forest green hair. I had dark brown (almost black) hair. I lifted it with a bleach bath to a darkish auburn copper color and slapped on the emerald color of this dye. It turned out EXACTLY like I wanted it to! It covered all the orange tones and it’s vibrant without being loud. It made my hair super super soft and it smells good. Super easy to use. I bought two jars and only ended up needing one on my whole head. ⚠️A word of caution though: it will stain everything you love. Your counters, your sink, your fingernails, your kids and their kids for generations to come. Everything. I found that spraying perfume or even pure alcohol will take it out immediately off of surfaces. Cannot say it works for my great grandchildren though. Will update in 50 years.

Best emerald dye, fades beautifully, not teal or lime
The best true green dye I’ve found in YEARS !! I swore by Raw Super Green but that’s nearly impossible to find these days so I’ve been searching for a replacement dye for at least 2 years and finally found one I love !! The color is a true emerald green, not teal or lime. And as it fades, it just turns lighter green instead of yellowish or blue-ish. For the best emerald tone I suggest leaving your hair a bit yellow when you bleach it instead of going platinum. Heads up tho, the dye looks VERY blue when you put it in your hair and the rinse water will be 100% teal. Don’t panic, your hair is gonna be green! First pic is freshly dyed (Nov 24th) and second pic is 6 weeks later (Jan 10th)

Bleeds& stains A LOT
This is a good semi perm hair color. You definitely get a lot of product so it's worth the money. It smells really good and the texture is nice and thick like a butter consistency which I love. I bought the Fuchsia Crystal color and we put it over previously lightened hair that was dyed to a level 7 red. It did cover the vibrancy of the red and got rid of the orangey tint it had to it but we were hoping for a more mulberry color like it looks in the jar, but it is in fact way more pink & red than it is purple. It's the exact same color as Lime Crime Unicorn Hair Chocolate Cherry, to a T. My client has a lot of hair as you can see from the pictures and one jar wasn't quite enough product for her full head, so we had to improvise, as we did this at home. The extra few ounces we got from the Lime Crime tube was enough and colored the hair exactly the same. Color applies super evenly and is definitely very vibrant. We left it on for an hour. Be aware that this color not only stains your skin, but anything it comes into contact with, including towels and your sink or bath tub. Use Vaseline all around your hairline, ears and neck to avoid skin staining. Rubbing alcohol or dawn dish soap will remove it from your skin. Don't get it on your clothes. It will ruin them. Acetone will remove it from your nails. The color bleeds pretty heavily every time you wash it regardless if you rinse with cool water.. it still bleeds and continues to bleed when you're drying your hair on your towels. It also bleeds significantly Any time you sweat. So Use a dark colored pillow case at night. I would also designate an old towel that you don't care to stain every time you wash. It does fade pretty quickly because it's red/pink so that's pretty hard to avoid. I recommended getting a color deposit shampoo or conditioner to maintain the color Bc it will start to fade after about 2 weeks. Get yourself a good quality color safe shampoo and conditioner to elongate color & always wash in cool water. If it stains your tub... and it will... the best solution to get the color out, depending on what your tub is made of, is using a magic eraser and hot water. I sprayed Clorox bleach on the stubborn stains leftover and let it sit for about 10 min and the stains were gone. If you have a porcelain sink or tub, use a mixture of white vinegar and baking soda and make a paste with it and let it sit on the stains for 10 min and use a brush or sponge and hot water to remove. You may have to repeat those steps until it's gone. If all else fails, use 100% acetone as a last resort. Hope this helps!

I bought both Emerald and Aquamarine and deeply enjoy them both. For reference, my hair is medium blonde-brown, down to my hips, and I dye about 10"/20 cm at the bottom on unbleached hair. I highly recommend both colours with the littlest caveat that they both lean a teeny bit more teal than the pictures show. (Which for me was excellent, but I also understand that some people are looking for pure green and pure blue. They're not, but they're probably as close as you'll get with how vibrant and jewel-toned they are.) These dyes are perfect for anyone who wants super rich jewel-toned greens and blues without bleaching or in-product lightening. I've gotten up to three weeks before the colour really begins to fade out even though I wash my hair every day (this may be different for you if your hair is short or you dye near the root). It doesn't smell bad and is easy to use. I just dip a dye brush into the container and layer it on strips of my hair, making sure to soak it thoroughly, then rinse it out in the sink with warm water until it runs clear. I usually also shower afterward, though I don't shampoo the dyed parts directly. For a few days afterward, I do get some light run-off in the tub (probably more due to the shampoo), but no transfer on my sheets, clothes or furniture. The package says to leave it on for about 45 minutes, but I let it set for an hour and a half just to be sure. I don't notice any irritation when it gets on my skin, and it washes off pretty easily. It will definitely stain if you get dye directly on cloth, though, so have an old towel ready. For anyone who wants a rich semi-permanent dye they can slap on their hair, leave to dry, then rinse and move on, this is the product for you. It's my go-to replacement now that I've run out of the semi-permanent Sephora Collection used to have and well worth the price.

Amazing INH Hair Dye! This is honestly one of the best hair dyes I’ve ever used. The color turned out vibrant and even, and it didn’t dry out my hair at all. It’s easy to apply, lasts well, and it smells super good — way better than most dyes. I’m definitely buying this again! , is really hard to find the perdect shade of purple , I used to mix blue olor with purple so make a vibrant purple but now I don’t have to mix anything , cuz I found the perfect purple shade

i don’t usually leave reviews but this dye ate down hard. gave me the exact colour i wanted and my skin wasn’t stained after rinsing in the shower. the jar is a little tiny but i used half of it for chest length hair. cant say much on how long it will last as I just used it. for reference I was a level 6-7ish blonde. my hair feels really great and soft since it’s a conditioning mask too. will be repurchasing when i run out as i plan to stay with this dye and colour for a long time

Smells *amazing*, like some kind of grapefruity exotic citrus - not fake citrus. Used half the jar for my short very thick curly hair which was dyed light lilac. I let it sit for 2 hours and rinsed out blue forever (the product info is very up front about this which I appreciated). Excellent coverage and very vibrant. Not particularly moisturizing but that’s fine. Aquamarine came out bluer than I wanted but still lovely. Next time I will try emerald. (Purple shot is before, for reference)

The colour came out beautifully for me and as expected. I had a pale peachy pink and I just applied it on top. It worked out terrifically. Smelled great too.
