I’ve used Con-cret for over a decade and really don’t have many complaints. While I’ve had creatine products that did dissolve better this certainly doesn’t dissolve “badly” at all. It’s pretty normal for some to settle to the bottom if you don’t mix it well or let it sit. That only requires a fresh stir or shake when you go back to it. I generally take creatine apart from my workout as it’s built up in your body and doesn’t need to be a pre or intra type of supplement. So that being said I don’t know how to comment on speed or energy level bc I don’t think those are particularly reflective of what your expectation should be. Value is on par with other similar forms of creatine. I have tried both pineapple and unflavored and I enjoyed them both. If you like to drink this alone then a flavored option is nice and if enough water is mixed the taste is fine. IF you go low on the water though then it’s for sure going to be a little more bitter. If you’re the type to mix this with a different drink or even a pre workout then I’d obviously lean towards unflavored and it’s not noticeable at all.

I have always feared the GI issues that come with taking creatine, and I have an extremely sensitive stomach. This did not cause any GI issues for me at all. I've been taking it regularly for a year. However, I only take 750mg as suggested, which is probably not enough to notice a huge increase in performance at the gym or brain clarity.1500mg is probably a more effective dose since I do exercise regularly. The taste is fine in 24oz of water with other electrolytes. The pineapple tastes better than the lemon lime if you have a choice.
