I hate reading reviews. I don't know if the company has hired some to buy it and leave something down for them. I had never had a vehicle with Leather seats. Then I've got one now. We did get this cleaner lex but it was a sponge thing that didn't get in the lines in the seat. That stuff turned my black seats into a grey looking color. It smell ok but read some vehicle forms online seeing some of the stuff out there and that's how I found this stuff. I thought I would give it a try.... My wife helps me clean out the vehicles that we have and she loved the smell (she has a sensitive sniffer). After treating all my seats, she loved how it looked. It was less then a month since useing the other cleaner and this cleaner was pulling dirt from the seats! The last thing I will say about this stuff is when the wife got in my truck, she loved how they felted and wanted me to use that stuff on her leather seats in her vehicles. I dont get paid by them but will buy this stuff again.... I will refer anyone to try this stuff. I'm looking forward to trying other stuff of their some time soon!

Applied to my 2001 M5 with Schwarz (Black) Leather Point interior; seats, door trim, shift boot, and steering wheel: The No.2 Straight Cleaner picks up any minuscule grime or residue from the surface of even what looks to be already clean leather. It is a liquid form that soaks into the included applicator pad. It wipes on easily and has a mildly crisp scent. It provides a sense of comfort that you won't be working surface dirt into the leather during conditioning. The No.4 Auto Leather Refreshener and Conditioner is a "milky" cream that stays on the pad quite well. It also has a mild scent that will not overpower the true scent of your car's already fine leather. Per instructions I applied liberally to all leather surfaces working 2 sections at a time. passenger seat and door, then driver's seat and door, then circled back to the passenger side. After generous application as the cream soaks into the leather, it dries with a very light film on the surface (this would not be noticeable on lighter colored leathers). But, I used a fresh microfiber cloth to buff the leather, just lightly. I am very impressed with the result. The 16 year old leather looks and feels as new. It repaired the light surface scratches and restored the leather to a bright, but not-overly-shiny, gentle look that it has when new. The Nappa leather feels supple and soft and the Ostrich Point leather feels restored and protected. The scent left behind is not strong, but very mild and appealing. Unlike Lexol which is overpowering and leaves a somewhat hard slippery coating on the seats even after buffing away. While I cannot yet comment on the longevity of the conditioning, this seems to be by far the best leather conditioning product I have used. I can't imagine anything but outstanding results in the long term with regular application - which I will satisfyingly do.

didn't shine as well as I had hoped but worked OK

Bought it for protection of new leather skin for our suburban. Ad advertised, this product works, and works well. I have tried multiple leather cleaners and conditioners in the past, but truly, this one takes the cake. Made it soft, pliable, nice smelling. Will buy again. Actually, although not sold for shoes, put it on my deck shoes and they look and feel like new. Great product.

Doesn’t work on blue jean stains

So basically I do a lot of detailing and use a industrial leather and vinyl cleaner on the cars which is good for cleaning but also dries out leather pretty bad, which led me to buying Chamberlain's Leather Milk and I have to say it works wonders!! I used it on my own car, couch, and recliner first so I didn't mess up my clients cars and I couldn't be more happy with the outcome!! On top of that it doesn't smell like chemicals which will make my customers even happier! Great Price, Fast Shipping, Great Overall Product!

Used it on the leather interior on my truck worked excellent. My friend tried it on the leather on his motorcycle and was so impressed he bought some for himself.

Das Mittel hat gut gereinigt und der Pflegebalsam hat das Leder wieder gut konserviert. Leider gingen leichte Risse in der Mittelarnlehne nicht mehr weg. Vermutlich war es zu geschädigt. Das Mittel ist gut eingezogen und hat nicht geschmiert

the liquid was thick and difficult to lay a thin even coat. it was blotchy even after buffing. a few days have past since initial application and it seems to have levelled out, but im not sure i will continue to use on my new leather seats. smells great though.
