Amazing quality. Sophisticated appearance. Great for a gift! Professional This 2-glass set came in a beautiful box, well packaged in a material that would make it nearly impossible to be broken during transport. Upon opening the beautiful Ashcroft box, it was as almost the “religious glow” that permiated from within. These whiskey glasses are beautiful, elegant, and classy. They are very easy to hold and the twist design just reeks of sophistication and class. I almost questioned the price for these types of glasses as I would have thought the price for one should exceed what I paid for the set. Couldn’t be happier and I have received nothing but rave reviews and compliments on these. Do yourself a favor and order this set if you’re in the market for a couple of amazing whiskey glasses!!!

The glasses are very nice. A tad small for the largest of the ice spheres (I'm thinking of the Tovolo 2.5"), but still doable. I do have to admit that if the glasses were that large, they probably wouldn't be as easy to hold - though I'm more of a "sip and set" kind of drinker. I also add ice last, so it's not really an issue. The size works fine with smaller spheres and larger _squares_. Nice feel to the hand and the box they come in would be great for gifting (though I bought mine for ME). At the time of my purchase, these were *slightly* more expensive than similar glasses, but I went with these in case there was an issue and they really seemed to be doing well on feedback. That seemed to foreshadow my motivation for leaving a review... There was a VERY minor problem that most people wouldn't have even noticed. Maybe I was too picky, but thought I'd reach out to them anyway. I contacted the company and they PROMPTLY, COURTEOUSLY, and PROFESSIONALLY resolved the issue with 100% follow through. No request for a review or feedback or anything else. They just treated the problem with an absolute A+ If they lived closer, I'd drop off a bottle for them to share! Most companies can sell a product, but the truly great companies handle the PROBLEMS in a way that the whiskey and bourbon gods would be proud of - Ashcroft definitely made the gods smile!

The glasses arrived in a very nice gift box. They are nice looking and weighty. Upon examination I noticed a scratch in one of the glasses. Inside the box are instructions on what to do if there is a problem. I took a picture of the scratch and sent that in an email to customer service. I received a response the following morning and the rep insured me that I would be taken care of and how sorry for the imperfection. They immediately sent out another set and no need to return the other one. Finding great customer service these days are uncommon and this experience was very welcomed. If your looking for a nice whiskey glass look no further. You cannot lose with this company. Excellent service and great quality.

Bought these for general liquor consumption at a lake house. Hoped that the few extra bucks compared to others in this class would get me something with which I was happy. Love the design, the twist sits nicely in the (right) hand. Good weight, no seams or bubbles. Completely overpackaged - these don't have the pedigree of real crystal, and it all goes in the trash anyway. Plenty of volume, will hold a typical cocktail with ease. A little big for good whisky, look elsewhere for a right-sized (Glencairn) single malt glass. But for general use this is great. The only downside is that it is obviously glass and not leaded crystal. Crystal has a different feel to it. I wouldn't give these as a gift in place of crystal, but for what I use them for I'm very happy.

I'd been meaning to get some really nice Scotch glasses for some time now. After looking around on the Web I decided on this Ashcroft set, and it turned out to be a great decision (if one doesn't want real crystal, which I certainly didn't; there's enough lead floating around as it is). I love modern design, and the twist design is subtly gorgeous (although the tilted glasses are pretty cool, too). The glasses have an impressive heft, and the design actually provides a comfortable "slot" on the bottom to hold the glass. The gift packaging the glasses came in is almost as impressive as the glasses; industrial design at its finest. (I only wish they sold the decanters separately rather than as part of a set so I could choose the specific glasses and decanter I wanted to use together. Oh well.) If you want classy glasses you can't do better.

Very nice, thick glass, heavy duty drink glasses. They might not be the cheapest. But they are the nicest drink glasses I've ever owned. If you like a nice cold drink at the end of a long day... or want to impress that friend that's a whiskey snob, This is for you. They fit great in your hand. And they are larger than your normal short-glass. And if you have the molds that make the gigantic ice cubes, yes, they will fit perfectly. Plus the packaging box that they come in is quite impressive. Very elegant glasses.

Much like wine and beer, whiskey and scotch deserve appropriate glassware. These are very well made, beautiful, and perfect for whiskey and scotch. The packaging is extraordinarily fancy, which adds to the giftability (if that's a word). I like them so much, I'm buying some for my friends! And no, I have no idea who makes these nor do I benefit in any way from writing this. Enjoy!

Glasses are nice and weighted just right. One of the glasses has what looks to be a ~1" crack within the glass. It's some sort of defect. I just wish they spent more time on the quality of the product than on the look of the packaging. It's a real bummer because it's not worth the time and trouble to have to return it. Update: The seller contacted me within a day or two of posting my original review. They apologized for the defect escape and sent me a replacement set of glasses without me having to return the old package. That's a great quality assurance policy. Thank you very much 😊
