Blue Buffalo Life Protection Formula Natural Adult Dry Dog Food, Chicken and Brown Rice 6-lb

I had my 10lb chihuahua on Hills Science Diet Lamb and Rice and a vitamin supplement. She would not eat all her food or even not at all. Her coat would be drab and she itched all the time from dry skin even after adding vitamin supplements. I decided to try Blue Buffalo Chicken and Rice. Not only was it the same cost as I was paying for Hills it weighed a pound more. My dog absolutely loves it. Plus, I do not have to give her whole cup of food and baked chicken to fill her up when she would even eat the dry food. She always managed to eat the baked chicken though.I now give her the recommended amount of 1/4-1cup. I give her 1/4 dry and mix some baked chicken with the Blue Buffalo and she eats all of it up all of the time. No left overs. Her coat and skin is not as dry like before and I was able to stop adding vitamin supplements saving me money. My dog was transformed within 3 weeks to 1 month. I highly recommend this product.

This stuff is great. I was not one to purchase expensive dog food, but our dog was having a lot of skin issues. Very dry skin that would lead to constant scratching and creating sore spots. I thought it was relative to seasonal allergies and irritants outside. My mom read an article about certain brands of food causing skin irritation in dogs. I was using one of the brands listed. I decided to switch. This food had really great reviews so I decided to try it. I can honestly say our dog’s fur has not looked better. It is very shiny and very soft. She no longer has any skin issues. Now that I have seen the difference I will not go back to cheap dog food.

My little dog had a chicken allergy. We have tried a few different kinds before settling on this food. My dog really likes it. He is a super picky eater but he always willingly eats this food without much encouragement. It seems to be good quality. He likes it and he has not had any allergic reaction to it so I am happy with it.

Decent enough dog food, but our dogs wouldn't eat it. It seems like good ingredients, but our dogs are just picky. So we were forced to try something else.

I have two dogs who are kind of picky with their food but they both love this product (one eats the puppy version the other has the adult one). My adult dog eats everything but the puppy doesn’t like the dark balls which is ok since we save them and add them to his wet food. There was one bag that had minimal balls and he loved it so much. Great choice of dry dog food for any type of dog.

I have been wanting to try this with my “fur baby” and finally gave it a try; and it has been, thus far, the best choice I made regarding her food. The ingredients blow the ingredients of her other “healthy” food out of the world. Definitely the best in the market. A friend at work recommended it to me. My dog loves it and need not even require a lot of time to adjust to it. I fed a third of a cup to him every meal for just a week. Slight change in poop but nothing bad. He loves it and always looks forward to his every meal! I love the smell too!
